Hello GEM, Testimony from the January 30-31 meeting with Jerame Nelson: A few days before the meeting while asleep i heard an angel singing to me in a very nice voice the song_above all else-then i saw in my dream a young man in his 20's(i am 32) laying hands on my chest and praying for me for God to purify me and i heard every word.then i woke up and wondered when all this would take place.i wrote it all down and praised and worshipped God and went on my way.then i had also been having chest/back pains(a demonic oppression)most mornings when i woke up and had to keep on rebuking it each time(i had been set free from generational curses of witchcraft last year).also i had painful teeth sensitivity since last week of december( i had taken two or three acidic effervescent vit.C tablets wihout water),so i came to the services wanting to be touched in all these areas.well the first night,Jerame talked a lot about hearing angels sing to him and even on the second night he sang a few songs angels had sang to him,but i really didnot get touched as much especially in my back but anyway,after the meeting,i walked up to Keith(with GEM) to say thanks for helping with my deliverance last year and he said as soon as i walked up, he had seen me helping and blessing a lot of children(orphans and widows-like James 1:27 says).so he insisted that he and Jerame lay hands and pray for me and that God wanted me to have pure religion of keeping myself undefiled while helping widows and orphans and i said yes.they both laid hands on my stomach and imparted fire and said that i did not need anyone to pray for me but with my mouth i would decree what i wanted for my sister and family.i fell out on the carpet with holy laughter and knew God had touched me (refering to my dream earlier)and all my prayers were answered.next night i got to sit on the 2nd row near the front and towards the end of the meeting,jerame suddenly pointed exactly in my direction and said someone there had back pain and God wanted to heal it.so i and another lady came out.she was prayed for first.then when he touched my hand i fell out and lay under the glory till the end of the meeting as God worked on me.when i got up i didnot feel well completely but two days later as i stood on faith, the oppression and pain left and i am free!!also got healed as well of the teeth sensitivity while in the meeting on the second night and can eat and drink cold fluids,etc.i also want to say i have been helping widows and orphans since then, by donations to Uganda Jesus village and Iris ministries (with Heidi Baker) and have experienced instant blessings and financial favors too for that.also i have NEVER ANYWHERE in the UNited states experienced so much PURE and GENUINE love and acceptance among believers as i have in the GEM meetings and in this outpouring and i am learning to receive God's love through this and get healed of all the rejection and verbal abuse i have suffered since coming to the States 11 years ago in 1997.so

Praise God for GEm and thank you Jim and Kathy Drown.

My life is being changed and healed and blessed in Jesus name!!

Jerame Nelson had a word of knowledge for someone with fibromyalgia. A woman came forward and as Jerame prayed, the power of God came upon her and she was instantly healed. She came back the next night to testify total healing. No pain!

Jerame Nelson had a word of knowledge for women with cysts. A woman who had multiple cysts was prayed for and she instantly felt 2 cysts disappear.

Jerame Nelson had a word of knowledge for arthritis. A women with arthritis in her right side was prayed for and now she is able to jump up and down and move without pain. Instantly healed.

Jerame Nelson had a word of knowledge for a creative miracle for hips. A woman had difficulty walking with a limp since 1989. The power of God fell on her and Jerame prayed and instantly she had total movement in her left hip from a re-creation on the left side of her hip joint. She left the meeting walking normal without a limp.

There were many healings without a word of knowledge given. Two of our own with GEM were healed instantly in the presence of God. Keith was healed of a major intestinal problem and Barbara was healed of water on her right knee.

November 2008 Meetings

LIFE CENTER CHURCH, Dunwoody, Ga

Lystra Williams - She came for healing in her fibroids. She said that when they prayed for her it was shrunken. She can bend over while sitting which she could not have done before. Days later it was confirmed that it had indeed shrunk.

Patricia Seelochan - Both my sis-in-law Angela and myself felt a wind blow where we were sitting. She said it felt like it blew THROUGH her entire body. She is believing for healing in her back. Also, Jim said in the meeting that he saw an angel hovering over me and I went forward for prayer that night. All in all, just being there in God's Glory was awesome.

This past Thursday night at the Glory Invasion meeting at the Life Center Church in Dunwoody, Steve and Marilyn McCord (a banker from West Georgia) asked Jim for prayer for his nephew, Rocky Giffone, who suffered from excruciating pain in his lower intestine. The nephew had large cysts in his kidneys and liver causing him extreme pain and sleepless nights. There was a word of knowledge called for intestinal illnesses.

Two days after the meeting, Steve calls with an update….All the nephew's symptom's have disappeared, all pain is gone, and the nephew is sleeping like a log all night long. The nephew states he has been completely healed!

ATLANTA REVIVAL CENTER, Douglasville, Ga

>>>Former mayor from Bremen who attended Friday night called me to advise that after getting up off the floor from being slain in His Glory, he almost immediately began recovering from the extreme pain he had in his tailbone. He said he was "95 percent healed" so far and expects 100% healing in a day or so.

Also,  you might remember this man asking Jim to pray for his son in law. The son in law had recently been diagnosed as having a tumor or hernia next to his kidneys "the size of your fist". The doctors had already scheduled surgery to remove it. After Friday night the mayor told his son in law he should go back for another MRI before the surgery and he did. The mayor called me today all excited because the MRI has left the doctors totally amazed because...the growth has completely disappeared!

A woman who frequently attends GEM local meetings was healed of a herniated disk and neck pain. Now she is able to move her head from side to side - pain gone!

Another woman on Friday night responded to Jim giving a word of knowledge about bone spurs. The next nite she returned to share her testimony healed of bone spurs and arthritis in her fingers! <<<

August 2008 Meetings

Jim and Kathy Drown, Thank you so much for hosting the Burn Atlanta meetings.

I want to share some testimonies.
 
1. A memeber of the prayer team prayed for my Athesma and also had a word of 
Knowledge that Jesus was lifting a yoke from my neck. I felt a physical lifting 
of weight and tension from my shoulders. Breathing and sinus have been much 
better. 
 
2. Friday while praying with the Healing Room prayer team I had severl areas 
of my neck and back touched and a Holy Spirit low back adjustment that I felt in 
the Spirit and the person praying felt in the natural. In addition the left leg 
grew out some and a muscle knot relaxed in my right hip when they prayed for my 
legs. The person praying had a word of knowledge about the Holy Spirit wanting 
to create space between my vertabrae. She did not know I have one that is pencil 
thin. I am expecting continued healing of 30 years of pain, arthritis and injury 
to my back. Even though I was tired on Saturday (after 2 nights of dancing) It 
was easier to dance! I am very grateful.
 
3. It was wonderful to walk into the electric Holy Spirit charged atmosphere 
Saturday and participate in the intercession. 
 
Although I didn't feel it immediately on Friday I have received an 
impartation. I am so thrilled to be able to carry it back to my church (Christ 
Fellowship in Dawsonville) and Dahlonega Ga. and have begun to pray for more 
people and share the new annointing.
 
Thank you so much Jim and Kathy for all your effort in putting this together 
and faithfullness to God.
 
PS. I loved the presence of God in the first set of meetings also. Thank you

I have been praying for people who are sick and seeing them being healed, I never had a love for souls like I do now, and see real destiny for my future and what God wants to do in my life.  All I want to do is preach the gospel.  I found the true joy in my life, doing the work for the Kingdom.  This I have to give thanks to Jesus and to you for giving me the chance to share in the work of the kingdom!  I have seen your guy's life and zeal and it has so impacted me that I really feel like a new man full of the Holy Ghost...For you are truly equipping the saints and the heart of evangelism.

This was our first outdoor meeting and for the first time I saw angels.  I was near the front of the stage looking out over the people towards the center to the left I saw two angels just hanging out.  I never experienced anything or saw anything like this before.  I turned my head because I thought I was just seeing things.  When I looked again in that direction, I saw them again.  They just hung out for about five minutes and then they were gone.
One woman I prayed for stated she could not see very well.  I laid hands on her and prayed.  I stopped and asked is it better.  She said, “No.”  So I prayed again and when I got done I asked again.  She blinked her eyes and got a big smile and said, “Yes, I can see better.” Another person I prayed for said she had a lot of pain in her head and face area.  I laid hands on her and prayed.  When I got done praying, she smiled and said “No more pain.”

Wezzie
I went out to do street ministry.  Everyone that my partner and I prayed for was healed. There were about 60 people who were healed.  One guy we prayed for, after receiving his healing, went and got his spouse and newborn and wanted to dedicate his baby to the Lord!  (So we did a baby dedication.)  A lady who had had a bad c-section came for healing because her scar was infected and she was in a lot of pain.  We prayed for her and her pain left.  She started poking herself in the stomach and saying “no mas” (no more).

Nadia
This is my first time ever to pray for people on the street.  It was wonderful how people came forward to give their heart to the Lord.  I saw tears on the faces of old and young.  Hearts melted, mine included.  We prayed for people and I found myself for the first time reaching out to sick people outside of church.  My heart was broken for them.  I said, “Lord, unless You move I can’t do a thing here.”

A young boy about 10 couldn’t step on one leg because of pain on the whole leg and was instantly healed.  A young man with a heart ailment in connection with very low blood pressure came totally alive and was healed.  His sister and mother were stunned and excited and kept nodding their heads and praising God to show me that God moved.

A man with pain in his back was healed.  He could not bend over without pain.  After prayer, he was able to twist and turn and bend over without any pain.  All the pain was gone.  A man came up with lung problems, he could not breathe easily.  After prayer, his lungs were healed.  He could take deep breaths.  He was breathing in and out easily with no shortness of breath.  I prayed for a man with poor eyesight.  I told him to take off his glasses.  At the conclusion of the prayer the man was totally healed and did not need his glasses.  I prayed for so many people on the street and at the crusades that it is hard to keep track of all that God did.  The people just kept pressing into us and would not let us go.  They were constantly pulling on us to pray for them, because they were so hungry for a touch from God.

Wezzie
I prayed for a woman during the crusade that had many lumps (painful) in her right breast.  After about a minute, the pain left and the lumps were smaller.  So I continued to prayed, I asked again if the lumps were there.  Every lump in her breast was gone.  The next lady came up for a lump in her right breast.  I prayed for her and her lump left as well.  But this lady could not believe her tumor was gone – she kept telling the translator that her tumor was right here but she could not feel it.  The translator told her, “You won’t find it, so stop looking.  God healed you.”

Jennie
I walked around looking at all the beautiful Peruvian people.  This man walked up to me pointing to his side and had trouble breathing.  I started praying and kept praying.  When I was finished, he was breathing real hard, letting out breaths, like he was having asthma.  Then he gave one big breath and he could breathe normally!

One of the evenings, we were praying for the sick and a woman came who was paralyzed by a stroke on her left side. She could not lift her arm nor could she feel a pinch on her hand. I grabbed her arm and lifted it up, she screamed in pain. I told her I was sorry but that I felt the Lord wanted me to do it that way. After I prayed, I told her to lift her arm. She was able to lift it completely fine. Then my interpreter Israel pinched her hand again and she let out a wonderful OUCH! Israel stopped and looked at me and said “that is the first miracle I have ever seen, I was a skeptic but now I believe!”

Nadia
I am rejoicing over the fact that all you really need is to be willing to yield yourself to the Holy Spirit and, in child-like faith, give out what God brings to you.  It flows like a river.  Oh God, how can I sit in the church pew again and be so useless when the fire of God is burning in my bones to share Jesus with people.  I do not have papers, I am not an elder, but He has put a word in my mouth to proclaim good news to all man everywhere.  I have no words of how to thank God for His faithfulness.  All the glory goes to Him.

There were 3 people who got up out of their wheelchairs and walked to the platform and gave testimonies of God’s healing power.  In addition, 3 more were healed of deafness and they too went to the platform and gave testimonies of God’s grace.  More than 50 people were healed when I prayed for them.  Jesus is alive and well in Pisco, Peru.  Glory to God!

We prayed for a woman who was blind.  When we got done, she could see boxes.  We prayed again and she could see color.  Then we prayed again and she could see could see really well.  I guess the biggest lesson learned is not to cease praying.  If we had given up, she would have only been able to see people as boxes.  Praise God!

I talked to three men about who Jesus was and how He came to save us from our sins.  We asked if they wanted to pray and all three said, “Yes”.  We prayed, our Father thank you for sending your Son, the Lord Jesus, to die on the cross as payment for my sins.  Forgive me Lord.  I believe that Jesus was resurrected from the dead and He is alive.  I receive Him now into my heart; in Jesus’ name.  Amen.  As soon as they said amen, a young bird flew up from the ground and landed on my heart and stayed there a few seconds.  All of the men’s eyes opened really wide and one of them said – “Wow!”  As the bird flew away, I told them that God gave them this sign that what they prayed and did was real.

Rob
The Lame Walk!  2 of the victims were paralyzed on the left side and 1 was paralyzed on the right side.  I was careful to pray, holding my hand on their head on the opposite side of their brain in each case.  As they got up and tried to walk, they were unsure of themselves at first.  Then, as they continued to walk, they became stronger.  In each case, the Power of the Risen Jesus Christ enabled them to overcome their condition and walk.  One abandoned his wheelchair and the other two got up out of chairs and discarded their canes, and walked for the Glory of Jesus of Christ the Healer.  Praise the name of Jesus.

Upon arriving at the plaza I met a man sitting on a bench, he said he heard the message of our coming and came early and was waiting to be prayed for.  His whole left side had been in much pain for about a year, maybe a little more.  As I reached out and touched him and released healing power he instantly received and began to jump and jump, praising Jesus.  People began moving up to see what happened and we led a group of them around 20-25 to salvation, after which we were mobbed with many prayer needs...One man with a back problem was healed and the pain left.  We prayed for many older men with prostate pain and swelling.  One man with Cataracts was healed and began to weep and as he wept it dissolved and ran down his cheeks and he could see clearly.  There was one man with a plugged ear and he was healed.  One woman took the shoe of her little boy off (1 year old or so) and his foot was flat and a little strange looking.  I cupped it in my hands and felt it move, as I removed my hands we could see it change and there was an arch in his foot.  The mom started laughing and weeping at the same time.

During one of the night meetings a mother brought her teenage daughter to me.  She had a curved spine and much pain.  As we prayed it was put back into alignment and the pain left.  A man with one blind eye said he could see We were at the municipal building where there were fifty or so men and the Lord healed one man and about 200-300 gathered.  We preached and prayed for them.  About fifty accepted the Lord

There was a tumor on a ladies breast that dissolved.  There was also a young woman with a throat problem that was healed.  A woman with severe neck pain was healed as well as a young man with pain in his eyes.  There were two women with gastrointestinal problems that were healed.  There was a women with knee pain and a woman with pain in her head and neck that was healed.  A little boy with stomach pain and a woman with migraine headaches healed.  There were many, many more healings for people with stomach problems, headaches, back pain and joint pain.

Alyce
There was a ten year old girl name Jennifer who had never walked and after prayer she wanted to try to walk with assistance.  Anytime that she had tried before, her legs crossed and she couldn't walk.  She continued to walk longer and with less assistance.  The night of the crusade she gave her heart to Jesus.

Some of the healings were a man with back pain, a woman with pain in chest and difficulty breathing, woman who had pain in jaws and difficulty opening her mouth, man with 1 crippled leg walked, 1 deaf ear opened, 1 man with extreme pain in his feet was healed and then received Jesus, and around 25 people prayed the prayer of salvation.

A young man had epilepsy for 30 years and as he danced he felt heat on his body and something left him and he felt healed.  His mom was crying.  An older woman came out of wheelchair and hadn't walked in six years. 

Jim's Testimony:

Changing the heart of stone to a heart of flesh.

We were invited to a prison in Chimbote, Peru to share with about 600 prisoners and about 350 showed up to the meeting.  The prisoners began to enter into heavy worship and after about an hour of worship I was asked to introduce the team we brought and to share anything that God had given me.  As I began to share God began to open up a prophetic portal over the prisoners and I began to get peoples names, nicknames, physical conditions, children's names, gender and ages.  I noticed there was a guy with a straw hat that had tattoos all over his body and he looked like someone you would see in the movies-very tough looking.  He was sitting in one of the front rows with his arms crossed and the Lord gave me a word of knowledge about his family.  I said, "sir you have a daughter," and he held up one finger and he said yes, I have one daughter.  I said she is either 6 or 7 years old and he said she is 7.  When I told him his daughter's age he took off his hat, put it on his lap and bowed his head.  I began to prophecy over him that God is calling him to be a general in his army and that he is called to be a warrior, but he has been fighting in the flesh.  I told him that God is going to teach him warfare in the spirit by using his daughter because of the love he had for his daughter and that God knows she is the apple of his eye.  I said, as he yields to God he is going to teach him how to protect his daughter through the spirit even though he was in prison, at that moment he gave me his hat.  I continued to prophecy over others and one of the leaders of the prison ministry saw that he did not have his hat on, but that I was wearing his hat on my head.  The person was shocked because no one touches his hat because it was a symbol of his power.  During the prayer time over the prisoners I noticed one of our team members hugging him and he was crying like a baby.  I gave him a hug and he told me that only God could have told you the things about my daughter.  He said the reason he said that he was in prison was because he began to rob and steal from people to give his daughter a better life and he ended up in jail. 

Another word of knowledge that God gave was that there was a guy name Sanchez that had back problems and God healed his back.  Then I received a word of knowledge that a man had a patch on his eye and his nickname was pirate and that he had an accident with his eye.  Then a guy came forward and said his nickname was pirate and that he wore a patch over his eye for years because of an accident that blinded him.  We prayed for him and we did not see any immediate healing but we believe that God had a purpose for calling him out.  The meeting ended with over 55 decisions of Jesus Christ.  Another miracle that took place in the prison was a man who had a dislocated finger and it was very painful, as we began to release miracles his finger was instantly healed.  He began to shout and he was showing everyone that his finger was working.  Among many other miracles, these are just a few.  As the team began to leave we prayed for the release of the Holy Spirit over the prisoners and many of them collapsed as they were filled with His presence.
